# Admin Orders | Internal Order Source Settings

# Instruction

###### **This guide is intended to help you in creating internal order source information through the rezio  Admin for better sorting when you are manually adding internal order.**

###### **Log in to rezio Admin and navigate to Tag Settings**

# Add a new order source  
You may click +Add to customize your own internal order.

1. Enter your internal order source name.

# Manage Order Source Settings

1. There is a search box in the main page which makes it easier to find the source you want to find.
2. You may turn the switch on or off. if it is in blue, it means the internal order source is activated. If it is in grey, the source is disactivated.
3. You may click the internal order source to edit the source’s name.

# Edit Order Source

1. You can change the order source name at any time

|| Note： Changing the source name will auto modify the established order

2. You can also view the source’s status of activation/deactivation and its edit history.
3. You may delete it anytime if you need.

|| Note： Source cannot be deleted if it already has orders linked with it.

# How to use order source

When you create a new internal order, you can select your order source.

1. Click Orders > New Order.

2. Select the Order Source and click Create. The order source will appear on the right side of the booking number.

3. You can also filter your order source in both Order List and Sales Report page.
