Overview

This guide is intended to help you walk through the pricing policy settings in rezio Admin which includes adding, filtering, editing, and deleting pricing policy.

Settings > Pricing Policy

Log in to rezio Admin and enter Pricing Policy to set up your pricing rules.

• ## Add a Pricing Policy

Click + Add to enter add mode.

2. Enter the policy name in Label.

Select a Currency.

Set the Rule to sell By Item or By Person.

• ## Choosing By Person Pricing

1. Under Expand Item, select an identity type (identity types in the same rule cannot be repeated).
2. Input the Age Range, Height, and the Price for this identity.

Click Add.

Reminder: - Participant cannot be used at the same time with Adult, Child, Toddler, Infant, Senior, Teenager and other identities. 

• You cannot create multiple rules using the same identity. For example, you can only set one price for an Adult.

4. The newly created identity will appear below the Add button.
5. After entering several identities, you can click ↑ ↓ to sort your prioritized identities.
6. Click on the bin icon to delete an identity.

When you’re finished creating all your desired identities, click Create.

Reminder: A single identity type within the same rule cannot be reused. If the same identity type is used to create a rule, the system will not be able to create the new pricing policy successfully.

• ## Choosing By Item Pricing
• ### By Item

1. Set the pricing policy’s Rule to By Item.
2. Select the appropriate Unit for your product.
3. Under Expand Item, input an item label and price.

Click Add. 

5. The newly created identity will appear below the Add button.
6. After entering several identities, you can click ↑ ↓ to sort your prioritized identities.
7. Click on the bin icon to delete an identity.

When you’re finished creating all your desired identities, click Create.

• ### Use Spec Settings

If you need more item or identity options for your clients to choose from, check the Use Spec Setting box.

2. Toggle the Item Spec Settings switch to create more item specs.

Fill in the Spec Label and Item information as needed. Click + Add to confirm the item as a choice.

Then click Add to finish setting for that particular item. You can continue to add other items. For example: Preferred Guide Language Spec with English, Chinese and Japanese as the item.

Complete the previous steps in the same manner for Identity Spec Settings to create more identity options.

Note: After creating your desired pricing policy, click on the price rules you just added to edit the details, or find the price rules within Product List > product > Add Pricing and edit it from there.

• ## Search and Modify Pricing Rules

On the Pricing Policy page enter keywords in the search bar or select a currency or item from the drop-down menus to begin finding your desired pricing policy.

1. After finding your desired pricing policy, click it to begin editing.

Reminder: Any modification will affect all products bound to this price rule.

2. If this rule is bound to a product, you can click View product / sales option to view details.

Reminder: The price rules bound to a product cannot be deleted.

Click Save.
