# Information That May Be Provided
1. Provide customer service and after-sales service info
2. Provide more product features and store promotions
3. Provide the official website that can be browsed only but not for transactions.

# Information That Is Not Allowed
It is prohibited to guide consumers to transact outside KKday through chat message
