# 予約管理｜利用者の備考をダウンロードする

# 概要

rezioでは、お客様が予約時に入力した残した備考をまとめてダウンロードできます。下記の手順に従ってダウンロードしてみましょう！

1. rezioメニューから「レポート出力」▶︎「販売レポート」
2. 出力したい日付範囲を選択し、画面上部の「販売レポートCSV出力」をクリック
3. ダウンロードしたファイルの「AQ列」に「お客様備考」が確認できます

# お客様送迎情報

1. rezioメニューから「レポート出力」▶︎「お客様送迎情報」
2. 出力したい日付範囲を選択し、「レポート出力」をクリック
3. ダウンロードしたファイルの「O列」に「お客様備考」が確認できます
