# チャネル｜予約（QRコード）の消込回数はどこで確認できますか？

この記事では、バウチャーのQRコードがスキャンされた回数を確認する方法を解説します。

* **ステップ 1：** お客様に届いた「予約確認メール」を開き、バウチャーのリンクをクリックします。

* **ステップ 2：** QRコードの下にある「消込回数（認証回数）」を確認します。 バウチャーがまだ使用されていない場合は「0/1」と表示されます。

一度消込（使用済み処理）が行われると、「1/1」と表示されます。
