# 如何進行連線檢測

這篇指南將說明在使用 [rezio  Admin 後台](https://admin.rezio.io/)時如何進行連線檢測，檢查網路連線問題。

# 連線檢測

若您在使用系統時，遇到伺服器錯誤、頁面載入速度緩慢等非操作問題時，可以使用連線檢測功能，針對網路品質、系統內部連線、系統外部連線來做連線問題的檢查。

#### 登入前

1. 點擊右下角**連線檢測**，進入檢測頁（使用 rezio App 時也相同）

#### 登入後

1. 點擊**主選單-系統設定-連線檢測**，進入檢測頁

#### 檢測方式及結果

1. 進入檢測頁後，點擊 **開始檢測** 按鈕，來執行上述三項檢測項目

每一個測項檢測完成後便會顯示檢測結果，可能的結果包括：

* **通過（綠色勾勾）**

* **不穩定（橘色三角形）**

* **不通過（紅色叉叉）**

3. 三個項目皆完成後，在右方會有整體測試結果及紀錄，結果分別有：

* 您的連線檢測結果正常，若您有其他操作相關的疑問，請參見使用手冊或聯繫您的產品顧問

* 您的連線較為不穩定，請稍候再試或將檢測結果提供給您的產品顧問

* 您的連線測試偵測到異常狀況，請將測試結果提供給您的產品顧問

4. 使用下方的「截圖」、「複製」按鈕，將資訊提供給您的 rezio 顧問

#### App 連線檢核

使用 rezio App 若遇到無法登入的狀況，也可以使用連線檢測的功能，將資訊提供給您的 rezio 顧問。
