# 商城訂單確認

本頁將說明商家如何手動變更訂單狀態。

# 1. 進入訂單列表

點擊進入「主選單＞訂單管理＞訂單列表」，可使用不同的關鍵字與搜尋條件來查詢訂單，也可以點選最上方的「快速查看」來篩選資料。

# 2. 點選要操作的訂單，如有多人同時使用帳號，建議訂單負責人點選「領單」

# 3. 進入訂單後，依照訂單情況進行操作

**請注意！請注意！請注意！**

* 操作確認訂單前，務必確認訂單狀態及帳款紀錄是否正常
* 一旦執行確認訂單，系統即會發送訂單確認信及憑證給買家
* 發送憑證即代表確認可體驗、會出團，若非特殊情況，請勿發送憑證後隨意取消客人訂單哦！

訂單執行共有三種選項：

* 待確認：行程如果是尚未成團、待成團，請點選「待確認」
* 確認訂單：行程已經確定、可出團，請點選「確認訂單」，按下後，系統將發送訂單確認信以及憑證給客人
* 取消訂單：若無法成團、已經額滿，訂單動作請點選「取消訂單」

|| 請注意：務必先告知客人取消訂單之原因，再取消訂單，以免造成旅客不便
