# 主控台－訊息管理

[點擊登入 rezio Admin 管理後台](https://admin.rezio.io)，如果您已連結並使用「通路－KKday 商城」，您可以在主選單中找到「訊息管理」項目。

|| 請注意：訊息管理目前僅供 KKday商城訊息使用，未開通 KKday 商城不會顯示訊息管理。

### 查看與回覆訊息

1. 由 KKday 商城的商家資訊頁、行程頁、訂單都可以向商家發送出訊息。有新訊息時將會收到推播通知，可直接點選通知轉跳至訊息頁面。

2. 如果顧客由行程頁或是訂單頁向您傳送訊息，訊息視窗上將會顯示相關的顧客、行程、訂單資訊。點選「查看詳情」，將會連結至對應的行程及訂單頁面。

3. 由左下角也可以選擇傳送圖片或是檔案給對話中的顧客
4. Rezio App 也同樣有「訊息管理」功能，方便您在任何地方查看最新訊息。
