# 商品設定｜如何封存行程（新版）

## 總覽
封存會將行程從使用中的行程列表移除並停止銷售，同時保留其資料，以便日後還原。行程僅能在狀態為 **暫停** 時封存——也就是當其所有方案都已暫停時。本文將說明如何暫停所有方案，接著封存該行程。

| 備註：已建立並發佈，或已綁定銷售日曆與售價的行程無法刪除，僅能封存。


## 步驟一 — 檢查方案狀態
前往 **行程 > 行程列表**，開啟您要封存的行程。在 **方案設定** 分頁中，檢查每個方案的 **方案狀態**。若要封存該行程，所有方案都必須設定為 **暫停**。

## 步驟二 — 暫停所有方案
只有狀態為 **銷售中** 的方案才能暫停銷售。

* 若方案為 **編輯中** 狀態，請先點擊 **準備完成** 將其設為銷售中。

* 開啟每個 **銷售中** 的方案，點擊右上角的 **暫停銷售**，接著點擊 **確認**。

重複以上步驟，直到每個方案都顯示 **暫停**。當所有方案皆暫停後，行程狀態也會變為 **暫停**。

## 步驟三 — 封存行程
返回 **行程 > 行程列表**。當所有方案都已暫停後，該行程會顯示 **暫停** 狀態。

1. 點擊 **批次編輯**，接著選擇 **封存**。

2. 勾選您要封存的行程（或點擊 **全選**），接著點擊右下角的 **封存**。

## 步驟四 — 確認
在跳出的封存確認視窗中，確認行程清單後，點擊 **確認**。該行程即已封存。

| 備註：若日後要還原已封存的行程，請前往 行程列表 > 批次編輯 > 解除封存。
