# 商品｜如何設定訂單確認方式？

### 指南

當顧客在您的預訂網站訂購行程時，根據您在上架設定中的的訂單確認方式設定，他們將收到一封自動確認或待確認的電子郵件。

有二種選項可以選擇：

1. **即時確認**
* 客戶端：系統於5分鐘內自動發送訂單確認信
* 商家端：由系統發送，商家無需操作

2. **手動確認**
* 1. 客戶端：系統根據您所設定的訂單確認規則，於所設定的時效內發送系統信給買家
* 2. 商家端：
* 商家需於訂單確認時效內，確認庫存是否有位。
* 系統於指定時間自動發送訂單確認信給買家無庫存。
* 商家需主動聯絡買家通知訂單需取消，並手動操作取消訂單
