本篇文章將教學如何設定行程的取消政策

* **步驟1：**至「行程管理」> 「行程列表」> 跳至「取消規則」頁籤。

* **步驟2：**選擇「取消規則」> 「儲存」

# 預設規則

共有二個預設規則，分別為：「無法退款」與「全額退款」。

# 增加您自己的取消規則

* **步驟1：** 選擇「+新增」

* **步驟2：**輸入取消規則的「標籤」與「幣別」。
* **步驟3：**「規則類型」可根據您的需求選擇「依時間設定取消規則」或「自訂規則文案」

###### 依時間設定取消規則

* **步驟4：**選擇您想要的「退款規則時間單位」，可以按天數或小時數，請注意兩者不能同時使用。
0 天 = 出發當天。
0 小時 = 行程開始時間。

* **步驟5：**在「退款規則」欄位中，您可以選擇按訂單金額的百分比或固定金額設定退款費用。您需要從最高的取消費設定到最低的取消費用。點擊「新增」，規則將顯示在下方。
* **步驟6：**逐步添加取消政策，直到設定為完全可退款政策。新增的取消政策將顯示在「新增」按鈕下方。
* **步驟7：**點擊「建立」

### 自訂規則文案

* **步驟1：**選擇「自訂規則文案」作為「規則類型」

您可以根據您的需求自訂取消規則。但選擇該設定的話，系統無法自動計算客戶取消訂單時的退款金額（只能手動計算）。

| 溫馨提醒：如要編輯您的取消規則，您可以前往「系統設定」>「取消規則」並點擊您想要編輯的規則，或者前往「行程列表」> 選擇要編輯的行程 >「取消規則」在您的行程中進行編輯。
