# 訂單 | 如何將不小心核銷的訂單改回未核銷？

如果您不小心核銷了訂單，可以透過下列文章步驟取消核銷

* **步驟1：**至「訂單管理」> 「訂單列表」> 搜尋要取消核銷的訂單

* **步驟2：**點選「回到已確認」

點選後訂單狀態會回到「已確認」狀態，實際顯示請參考下方圖片：

|| 請注意：該動作只能對從rezio預訂網站訂購的訂單進行。對於其他OTA渠道的訂單，請直接在原平台上進行取消。
