# 通路異常訂單

# 查看異常訂單

進入 **通路異常訂單** 主畫面，可看到所有匯入失敗的訂單，點擊進入查看詳情。

1. 進入訂單詳情，上方會說明匯入失敗的原因，下方則會顯示相對應需要修改的內容
2. 依需求修正錯誤後，點 轉為正常訂單

3. 若操作成功，畫面就會直接跳轉到[訂單管理](https://kb.rezio.io/zh-tw/article/566h55cg5oko55qe6kic5zau-xjenc0/)，可繼續執行相關操作
