* **步驟1：**至「銷售工具」>「我的預訂網站」>開啟「訂單取消按鈕」。

* **步驟2：**一旦開啟該功能，顧客可透過訂單詳情頁面申請取消。

|| 注意: 該按鈕僅為向店家「申請取消」，客人端無法直接取消

* **步驟3：**顧客完成申請取消流程後，您可以到「主控台」>「待處理訂單」>「待取消」>查看申請取消的訂單

* **步驟4：**選擇「取消完成」來同意取消，或選擇「恢復訂單」來駁回取消申請。
