MySite | How can customers “Cancel Order” by themselves?

Overview


This article will guide you through the steps for customers to cancel their orders on their own.



  1. Step 1: Go to [Sell Online] > [MySite]. At Cancel Order Button section, [Turn on] toggle to enable the feature.



  1. Step 2: Once the feature is enabled, customers can cancel their orders by themselves via [Order Confirmation] > [Check Order] > [Cancel Order]
