Overview

This guide will walk you through the built-in text editor in Rezio Admin. This feature is capable of basic text formatting and editing functions.

Rezio - Text Editor Guide

Text Editor Introduction

The top bar contains the text editor toolbar. 

The input field is in the left column and the preview field is in the right column. The text and formatting in the input field will be displayed in the preview field. 

Create a new line

To create a new line, press the space bar twice and then press enter. (Pressing enter alone will only create a new line in the input field.)

Create multiple new lines

To create multiple new lines, input &nbsp before pressing enter.

Start a new paragraph

To start a new paragraph, press enter twice at the end of the text.

Bold

To change the text font to bold, click on the B icon in the toolbar.

Italic

To change the text font to italic, click on the i icon in the toolbar.

Strikethrough

To strikethrough text, click on the S icon in the toolbar.

Unordered List

To create an unordered (bullet) list, click on the unordered list icon in the toolbar (the fourth icon counting from the left).

Numbered List

To create a numbered list, click on the numbered list icon in the toolbar (the fifth icon counting from the left).

Quote

• To quote something, click on the quote icon in the toolbar (the sixth icon counting from the left), then press the spacebar four times at the beginning of your text.
• You can also type >, press enter and then press the spacebar four times at the beginning of your text.

Line Break

To create a line break, click on the line icon in the toolbar (the seventh icon counting from the left).

Table

To create a table, click on the line icon in the toolbar (the eighth icon counting from the left).

Hyperlink

To create a hyperlink, select text and click on the hyperlink icon in the toolbar (the ninth icon counting from the left), and then place the link in the parentheses.

Clear text

To clear text, select text and click on the bin icon in the toolbar.

Undo

To undo, click on the left arrow icon in the toolbar.

Redo

To redo, click on the right arrow icon in the toolbar.
