This article will guide you through the process of claiming orders and redeeming vouchers when an order is received.

• Step 1: Go to [Order] > [Order List] > [Search] > click [Claim Order] on order you would like to claim.

After proceeding previous steps, the Person in Charge of the specific order will become your name.
