Overview


Following instructions will explain how to manually modify order status.


Go to the Order List

Click Main Menu > Order Management > Order List. You can search for orders using different keywords and search criteria, or use “Quick View” at the top to filter the data.



Select the order you want to process

If multiple users are using the same account, it is recommended that the order owner click “Claim Order.”


After entering the order, proceed according to the order status

⚠️ Important! Important! Important!

  • Before confirming an order, be sure to check that the order status and payment records are correct.
  • Once you confirm the order, the system will automatically send the order confirmation email and voucher to the customer.
  • Sending the voucher indicates that the experience is confirmed and the tour will depart. Unless under special circumstances, please do not cancel the customer’s order after the voucher has been sent.


There are three execution options for order processing:

  • To be Confirmed: If the order is still processing (like your tour is waiting to meet the minimum number to form a group), please click this status.
  • Confirm Order: If the order is processed, please click this status and then the confirmation email will be sent to your customer automatically.
  • Cancel Order: If your service is unavailable on-site, please tell your customer first and then click this status.


Note: Once you cancel the order, the customer’s prepayment will be refunded to them with a notification email.
