Overview
This guide is intended to help you walk through the essential settings for creating a product in rezio Admin with old version.
JUMP TO
Product > Add Product
Log in to rezio Admin, and click Add Product on the menu, or click + Add in the Product List to begin product setup.

Create a brand-new product by clicking "Add Product" in Product Management:
- If the new category is [Day Tour], [Multi-Day Tour], [Private Tour] or [Activity] you will enter the new package creation process; please refer to the** Product Setup: New Product Creation Process
- If the new category is [Ticket] or [Ticket (No Session)] please refer to the Admin Category | Ticket (No Sessions)
- If your itinerary was copied from an old product, please continue reading the instructions below.
Question: What is [Old Version] Package?
The rezio system officially renamed the original product "Option" to "Package" in June 2025. The system also conducted a comprehensive optimization and revision of the process and operation for creating packages, aiming to improve your experience and efficiency.
However, if your product was created before June 2025, or if you copied a new product from an old one, you will be using the old version of the operation screen (as shown in the image below):

If the product you are working on is a newly created one, and the category is Day Tour, Multi-Day Tour, Private Tour, or Activity, you will see a blank package list as shown in the figure below:

If you see the screen above, please refer to the Product Setup: New Product Creation Process for instructions.
The following will explain the method for creating the old version of packages, including subsequent operations such as price settings, sales calendar settings, and publish settings.

The default is 0 day(s) 12:00 AM. If a product’s session has a set time slot, then 0 day(s) = the day of the activity, and 1 day(s) = the day before the activity. If your session’s setting is Allday, then 0 day(s) = the day before the activity/session, 1 day(s) = two days before the activity/session.
Relative: 5 Minutes is the smallest unit. If the Booking Cut-off Time is set to 0 day(s) 6 Hours 0 Minute, customers will not be able to book that particular session when it is 6 hours before the start of the session.
- By Session End Time

- If your product will be listed on MySite, you need to check the payment methods accepted for this product. You can set the available payment methods in General Settings > Payment Settings
Voucher Settings
Here you can set whether to send a voucher to the customer** after the order is confirmed**, informing them of the relevant order and product information, as well as how to check in or use the voucher on-site.

- Select your Voucher Type
The supported voucher types are included as follows:
- None: No voucher will be generated. Select this option if you do not require the customer to receive a voucher.
- Rezio Voucher: A voucher generated by Rezio in its default format.
- Custom Voucher*: You can create your own custom voucher. Go to Settings > Custom Voucher Template to add and customize your voucher.
- Upload Voucher Files: If you’ve already generated your own voucher, you can upload files from other OTA systems to our system.
- Next, you can set the how to send voucher and the delivery time, and this information will be displayed on the product page for customer reference.
- Send Automatically with Order Confirmation: Selecting this option will send the voucher to the customer simultaneously when the order is confirmed.
- Send Automatically at Specified Time: When selecting this option, the system will automatically send the voucher to the customer at the time you specify. (Note: The order must be confirmed first for the system to send the voucher.)

- Finally, based on the needs of this itinerary and the voucher settings, you can choose the appropriate voucher "How to Use", and you can also customize the usage instructions.
The usage instructions, in addition to being displayed on the voucher, are also shown in the "How to Use" section of the product page:
n customers access [Check Order] from the [MySite], the usage instructions set at the time of ordering will also be displayed:

Add Pricing
Next, you will set how this product is priced, as well as limits such as the minimum and maximum order quantity per order.
- Custom Advertising Price
By inputting a Custom Advertising Price, this price will display on this product’s MySite thumbnail, and it will serve as the lowest price for Google to crawl. If you leave it blank, rezio will calculate from all unit prices in the associated pricing policies and set the lowest price as the advertising price.

The calculation logic of rezio’s advertising price is as follows:
- If a pricing rule type is By Person and a price is set **per Participant, **then the lowest price per Participant will display. For example, if a price rule is NT$600 per Participant and NT$1000 for a two-person ticket (multi-person Identity), the display price will be “From NT$600”
- If the pricing rule is set per Adult (rather than per Participant), the lowest price per Adult will display. For example, if a price rule is NT$600 per Adult and NT$300 per Senior, then the display will be “From NT$600”
- If there is** no pricing rule** type for Adults or Participants, but there is a pricing rule for other Identities, the lowest price per person for all identities will be displayed. For example, if a price rule is NT$1000 for 2 people, NT$1800 for 4 people, the display price will be “From NT$450”
- If the pricing rule is By Item, and not By Person, the lowest price among all items will be used as the default advertising price. For example, if a selling price is NT$600 for a full ticket and NT$300 for half/discount ticket, the display price will be “From NT$300”
Link Your Pricing Rules
Price setting in the old version of packages is done by binding pricing rules. Each package needs to be bound to at least one pricing rule, and you can also reuse existing rules. The following will explain the basic setup method for pricing rules, specifically how to create a "weekly recurring" pricing rule:
Step 1. Select Pricing Rules
Firstly, click [Add] to create a pricing policy

- Enter a Label and Currency. Only products with the same currency can use this pricing rule.
- The rule allows you to choose pricing per person or pricing per item.
- Per Person: Use the system's default identity types, such as Adult, Child, or Senior, or set group pricing.
- Per Item: Use custom item names, or you can set compound combined items.

Select [Per Person] Pricing Policy
- Use the drop-down menu to select the identity type. If necessary, you can fill in the age limit and height for that identity type for customer reference.
- The available quantity consumed per person defaults to 1, meaning that when a customer orders 1 unit, 1 unit of inventory will be deducted.

- Price Settings: Price displayed on the booking page and serves as the basis for calculating discounted prices, distributor prices, and channel prices. Original prices and cost default to be the same as the selling price. You can click the checkboxes below to enable the fields to set different prices.
- After completing the settings, click Add, and it will be displayed below.

- After entering several identity types, you can click ↑ ↓ to change the order.
- Click the trash can symbol to delete a label.
- Once the settings are complete, click** [Create]. Select "Per Item" **pricing.
Select [Per Item] Pricing Policy
- When adding a new pricing rule, select [Per Item]. You can then choose the name of the pricing unit for this rule in the Unit field.

- Enter the custom name in the Item Label field.
After entering the price, click [Add], and you can then continue to add more pricing rules.

- After adding several item labels, you can click ↑ ↓ to change the order or click the trash can symbol to delete a label
- Once the settings are complete, click [Create].
After the pricing rule has been added, click on that rule to proceed with the relevant settings below.
Step2: Set up Pricing Policy
You can choose the "Time Type" based on the dates this price applies to:
- Weekly: Apply the selected rule to designated days and time slots every week.
- Specific Date: Apply the selected rule to the dates you choose.
- Date Range: Apply the selected rule within the date range you set.

If you would like to customize the package's advertised price or limit the order quantity per order, you can proceed to [Advanced Settings] below. If these are not required, click [Save & Next] to continue setting up the next package.
Advanced Settings
You can configure more advanced price settings for each package:

- Advertising Price for the Package: In addition to the Advertising Price for the Product, you can also set an advertised price for specific packages, which will be displayed on the itinerary's detail page.
- Limitation per Booking: You can set the minimum and maximum limits for the total quantity ordered across all options within a single order.
- Per-Identity Order Limit: You can set the minimum and maximum quantity limits for individual options.
- Booking Constraints: If there are multiple options within a package, you can set constraints for the combination quantities between different options.
Click [Save & Next]. Once you have completed the price settings for all
packages one by one, you can then begin setting up the sessions.
Add Sales Calendar
The Sales Calendar is used to set the dates and sessions available for sale for each package. Once completed, the product can be listed for sale. Please note that Once the Sales Calendar has been set up, this product cannot be deleted!

- First, set the **Sales Quantity **for the sessions. If the inventory type for this package is set to **[Session Availability] you must enter the sales quantity per session.
- Sales Date Range (From - To): set the start and end dates for the sales calendar.
- Sessions: Set the session times here. If you check [All day, no specific sessions] there will only be one session from 00:00 to 23:59 for that day. Uncheck it to manually set session times.
- Example: If the session times for this package are 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00
- Firstly, at [Start] select 09:00 AM and [Length] 3 hour, then click [Add]
- Then [Start] 02:00 PM [Length] 3 hour, then click [Add]
- The sessions added above will be displayed below, you can create multiple sessions using the same method.

- Recurring Dates and Sessions: Select the dates on which you want to create sessions (Monday to Sunday are selected by default). If you are not open on weekends, you can deselect Saturday and Sunday to create sessions for Monday through Friday only.

Method 1: Noon session and evening session separate into 2 sales calendar settings
- First Calendar: Session time is 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, recurring dates and sessions are Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
- **Second Calendar: **Session time is 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, recurring dates and sessions are Monday to Sunday from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
Method 2: Set up only one calendar with different recurring dates and time sessions.
- Sessions times: 12:00 ~ 13:00 and 18:00 ~ 19:00
- Recurring dates and sessions:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:59 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM
Both methods above will ensure that on the final sales calendar, only the 18:00 session is available from Monday to Friday, while both sessions are available on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Resource: If this product has related linked resources, such as tour buses or specialized equipment, you can configure them here. If there is no resource allocation, you may skip this part. For a detailed guide on adding resources, please refer to the Admin Settings|Resource Management

- After completing all settings, click [Save & Next]. The system will then display a preview based on your configured pricing rules and sales calendar; the green boxes indicate the dates where sessions will actually be created.

- Each time a calendar is successfully created for a package for the first time, the system will prompt you whether to publish this product:
- Click [Confirm Listing] to immediately add this product to the** [MySite]** channel and list the package for sale.
- Click [Set Up Later] to continue with other settings for this product before manually listing it on your designated channels.
Once this step is completed, all required information for this product has been successfully configured, and the status will change to Available for Sales, meaning it can now be listed on your designated channels. You may also continue to add more information as needed such as products, locations, pickup settings, itinerary, fee details, add-on items, and attributes to make the product page more comprehensive. For detailed instructions, please refer to Admin Product | New Product Creation Process
Publish Product on Sales Channels
After completing the setup for the entire product, you need to list it on your designated sales channels so that customers can purchase it from those channel pages.
- You can first click the Overview tab to check if this product has already been added to any channel.

- If a channel already exists but shows [To be configured] it means you must complete the settings specific to that channel before the listing can be finalized. Please click the [+ Add to Channel] button on the right to open the page and complete the remaining configurations.
- Click [Add to Channels] to view your successfully activated channels. Select the channels you wish to list your products on and click [Add].

- The system will begin validating the product for this channel. Once the check is complete, [Product Added to Channel] will be displayed. Click [Go to Channel Settings] to proceed with the remaining listing setup.

- If the product fails the channel validation, a window will display [Channel Connection Failed] as shown below:

Simply click [Close] to view the non-compliant items on the Overview page, then adjust your settings accordingly based on the instructions provided.

Once you've finished the updates, refresh the Overview page. If all requirements are met, the channel status will change to** [Editing] You can then click [Channel Settings] to complete the remaining listing setup.

Modify Information for Published Products
After creating your product, any changes to product details, calendars, or pricing will be automatically synced according to each channel's rules:
- MySite: Data across all tabs, including basic information and itinerary descriptions, will be uploaded sequentially as you save. After completing your edits, you can also go to [Operations-MySite] in the top right corner and click [Refresh MySite] to ensure all final content is fully updated.

- Channels - KKday & KKday Marketplace: For [Supply-type] product, any modifications made to the product data must be re-synced to the channel manually. For detailed instructions, please refer to: [Updating KKday Channel Itinerary Settings].
- **Channels - Viator & GetYourGuide: **Both of these channels are [Connect-type] products. This means that information such as product descriptions entered in the rezio admin panel will not be directly displayed on the channel's product pages. If updates are needed, please log in to the respective channel's supplier dashboard to update them directly.
However, if you adjust sales calendars or pricing rules, please ensure that the settings on both platforms remain consistent. For detailed operations, please refer to: Setup Viator Channel Product or GetYourGuide Channel - Mapping and Product Management.
