Product Settings | How to delete session(s)?
Overview
There are multiple ways to delete sessions. This article will guide you through the steps to successfully remove a session.
- ## Delete Session in Sales Calendar
Step 1: At Rezio Admin [Publish] > [Sales Calendar] > select product on the Date you would like to delete.
In this demonstration, we would like to delete only 25th Dec.
Step 2: Select the session you want to delete
Step 3: Then click [Delete] > select how you would like to delete your session
Note: Delete session consisted of 3 options as follows
- ##### Only This Session
- ##### All Sessions at This Start Time
- ##### This Session and All Following Sessions
Note: If there are multiple sessions under a specific option, you must delete all sessions for that day to ensure all sessions on that day are removed.

- ## Delete Session in Availability Calendar
Step 1: At Rezio Admin [Publish] > [Availability Calendar] > select [Batch Edit] > Input [Date Range], [Product], [Option] you would like to delete
In this demonstration we would like to delete only 26th-31st Dec.
Step 2: Make sure to select the correct session > [Step1: Select the dated you would like to delete] > [Step2: select Delete] > [Save]
Note: If there are multiple sessions under a specific option, you must delete all sessions for that day to ensure all sessions on that day are removed.
