Overview


When a traveler books your product on KKday, they will receive an email with automatic confirmation or pending confirmation depending on the order confirmation method you’ve selected in product listing settings.




There are two methods you can choose:


  1. Instantly


  1. Confirmation Email: The email with Redemption Voucher will be sent within 5 mins
  2. Description: Bookings are instantly and automatically confirmed by the system
  3. Manually


  1. Confirmation Email: The confirmation email with Redemption Voucher will be sent once you confirm the order
  2. Description:


  • Supplier should confirm orders manually within the days you've set
  • If you cannot provide the service, please inform your customer first and then cancel the order
