Please download the rezio App on the App Store or Google Play.

Rezio Login

Enter your Account and Password and then tap Log In.

Dashboard

On loading, the dashboard displays the performance of the last 7 days, the total number of orders, the value of orders, and the total amount paid, with comparison metrics from the previous 7 days also displayed
To add an order, tap New Order
To view recent bookings, scroll down to Orders. You can view bookings with departures for the current day (“today”) and tomorrow, pending bookings, bookings from the last 3 days, and bookings departing in the next 7 days.

Dashboard

Dashboard > My Dashboard

Log in to Rezio Admin and enter My Dashboard.

Performance

User can select this section’s reporting period through the upper right button next to the date updated. After choosing the period, click GO. The dashboard will then display the orders, orders redeemed, and best-selling products ranking based on the store’s sales.

| Note: The Last 7 days and Last 30 days time period also include today. The value of the orders on the card is expressed in the store's default currency, thus the amount may be slightly inaccurate due to exchange rate fluctuations. If you want to adjust the currency display on the dashboard, please go to the Settings > General > Regional to edit it. To modify the placement of cards, please click your Account Nam

Overview

During the holiday season, adjusting special pricing can enhance your promotional strategies. This article will guide you through setting up a coupon code, providing an effective marketing option for your campaigns.

Step 1: Go to [Coupon Code] > [Coupon Code] > [+Add]

Step 2: Fill in the Coupon Name.

Step 3: Fill in the Coupon Code.

Note: The coupon code cannot be changed after the discount code has been applied to an order.

Step 4: Fill in the Coupon Code Discount. You can choose to Discount By Percentage or by a Fixed amount.

Step 5: Select the Valid Time - Start Date.

Step 6: Select the Valid Time - End Date. You can choose None or specify an End Date.

Step 7: Select the Minimum Spending Requirement, you can choose Unlimited or Minimum Amount Required.
