Channels | Why can’t I add products to KKday Marketplace?
Overview
This page will explain the possible reasons why you fail to add products to KKday Marketplace Channel.
KKday Marketplace only accepts product currency in USD/SGD (should be the same as your Channel Currency) and Rezio Voucher.
- How to check my Channel Currency?
- Step 1: Check the channel settlement currency
(Path: Channel Management > Channels > KKday Marketplace – Agreed Settlement Currency)
- Step 2: Check the product currency setting
(Path: Edit Itinerary > Basic Information > Currency)
- Step 3:If the two currencies do not match, the field cannot be edited. Please create a new product instead (related article: How to create a product?).If the currencies match, scroll down to confirm the voucher settings.


- Please refer to the below path to see if your product settings are incorrect.
- Edit Product > Basic Info > Currency: If your product currency is not USD/SGD, please create a new product as currency setting cannot be changed.
- Edit Product > Publish Settings > Voucher Settings > Voucher Type: Please choose Rezio Voucher.
- If you fall into one of the two situations, please make changes and try it again.
